James Flynn James Flynn
James Flynn joined Winston & Strawn LLP in 2005 and is the firm’s Director of Records and Docket.

Mr. Flynn is responsible for the development of policies, procedures and best practices for the firm’s litigation and patent docketing functions, as well as the firm’s records management program. These measures are designed to manage risk in the areas of court and agency filing compliance, tracking of litigation and patent prosecution deadlines, and the management of client and firm administrative records. James’s experience includes database conversion projects, gaining efficiencies through off-site records storage consolidation, and designing workflows to capture and manage files electronically.

Mr. Flynn received a B.A. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University in 1986 and a MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management in 1998.
