Amy Perras Senior Product Marketing Manager, Records Management & Technology Services

Amy is senior product marketing manager for Iron Mountain’s records management and technology services. Over the past nine years, Amy has held positions with Iron Mountain’s IT, operations, corporate communications and sales & marketing divisions. As senior product marketing manager, Amy’s focus is on the core messaging and creative marketing for Iron Mountain’s biggest business: records management. Most recently, she passed the Juran Institute Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt exam and was a leader of a business process improvement team focused on reducing the cycle time for customer on-boarding.

Brianne Aul

Brianne Aul Brianne Aul has been the Firmwide Records Senior Manager for Reed Smith LLP since 2009, a position to which she was promoted after serving as Records Supervisor for the firm’s Pittsburgh office since 2006. She has been with Reed Smith since 2001. Ms. Aul is the current Vice President of the Pittsburgh chapter of ARMA, and became a CRM in December, 2014. Ms. Aul also received her B.A. in English from The Pennsylvania State University in 2001, and her M.B.A. from Waynesburg University in 2008.

Brien Posey

Brien Posey Brien Posey is a technical expert and writer who has received Microsoft’s MVP award fourteen times for his work with Windows Server, IIS, Exchange Server, and File Systems / Storage. He has written or contributed to dozen books and video training courses, and has written many thousands of technical articles and white papers for a variety of printed publications and Web sites. In addition to his writing, Posey routinely speaks at IT conferences and is involved in a wide variety of other technology related projects.

Prior to going freelance, he served as CIO for a national chain of hospitals and healthcare facilities. Posey has also served as a Network Engineer for the United States Department of Defense at Fort Knox, and as a Network Administrator for some of the nation’s largest insurance companies.

Carolyn Casey

Carolyn Casey Carolyn Casey, Esq., leads Iron Mountain’s legal vertical business, where she focuses on bridging emerging information governance and traditional records management law firm needs. She brings a broad perspective to the role, drawing on her experience as a practicing attorney and eDiscovery and software provider. Carolyn is a founding steering committee member of the Iron Mountain Law Firm Information Governance Symposium, which publishes best practices and standards for building IG in the unique setting of law firms.

Carol Genis

Carol Genis Carol Genis is the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Iron Mountain Data Centers. In this role, she is responsible for the communication of integrated solutions that allow our customers to extract more value from their data center deployments. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Ms. Genis served in similar roles at IBM and Hewlett-Packard.

Craig Grimestad

Craig Grimestad Craig Grimestad is a Senior Consultant with Iron Mountain Consulting. His specialty is designing Records and Information Management core components with a sub-specialty for RIM auditing. He considers RIM implementations to be efficiency improvements. His passion is for the establishment of corporate Information Governance that extends from the Board Room to the desktop for all employees. Craig holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering from The University of Illinois. Prior to joining the Iron Mountain Team in 2008, Craig was Records Manager for the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors where he participated in the development of the GM Corporate RIM program. He implemented and managed Electro-Motive Division’s RIM program. Craig is a recognized thought leader with a regular column and occasional feature articles in iQ magazine (the journal of RIM Professionals Australasia), featuring his blog series “The Psychology of Records Management”.

Christian Potts Christian Potts is senior manager for Iron Mountain’s Corporate Communications team. He joined Iron Mountain in 2009 and works out of our Boston corporate headquarters.

Elissa Robins

Elissa Robins Elissa is the Healthcare marketing demand manager for Iron Mountain. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that Iron Mountain’s Healthcare solutions are in the consideration set for all providers when looking for the best value to solve their information management challenges. With over 15 years experience in business to business marketing, Elissa has run the gamut of marketing programs for high-tech startups and established enterprises alike.

Elissa has a BA in business from the University of Texas at Austin, and lives in sunny Santa Monica, California, with her husband, two daughters and the smartest dog in the world.

Gary Rylander Gary Rylander is the Managing Director of the Iron Mountain Global Consulting Services practice. He has more than 25 years experience developing and implementing strategies, programs and systems for records management, information governance, eDiscovery, Risk & Compliance and Enterprise Content Management for a broad range of clients in Financial Services, Media & Entertainment and Government. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, he lead the Financial Services record management, information governance and eDiscovery practice for one of the world’s largest information technology and consulting firms. Previously, Rylander held senior positions at one of the “big four” consulting and audit firms, in law & business affairs at a Fortune 500 Media & Entertainment company, a consulting and technology provider of business process management and enterprise content management solutions for Financial Services firms and a Wall Street law firm.

Gavin Siggers

Gavin Siggers Gavin Siggers is an information governance and records management expert with over twenty years’ experience as both a practitioner and consultant. As the Director for Professional Services at Iron Mountain, he leads the information governance advisory practice for Europe. He is a board member for the UK Chapter of ARMA International and was previously the European Region Director. In addition, he is a mentor for the Information and Records Management Society. Siggers specializes in leading clients through the development of information management strategies and a usable governance framework for their information assets that takes account of business, legal and regulatory requirement. He has worked across industry verticals throughout Europe and the USA, delivering strategic business side consultancy in information governance and system design, implementation and training.
